These general terms and conditions apply to all interactions with and transactions on GabyLuxxy.com, including product offerings and sales. By visiting this website or making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein.
When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. ORDER
A legally binding transaction between you, the consumer, and GabyLuxxy.com, the seller, under the authority of these terms and conditions, is established when you initiate an order on this website.
Your order is considered placed once you have completed the last step of the ordering process by clicking “submit order.”
By submitting an order, you signify your agreement and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, which encompasses all associated policies, including the Privacy Policy and return sections.
In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will promptly notify you.
2. PAYMENT
We are dedicated to ensuring that your shopping experience at GabyLuxxy is as secure as making in-store purchases. To achieve this, we collaborate with Mollie, a trusted payment service provider.
Once you’ve submitted your order, you will be directed to our website’s secure payment page to complete your payment.
Upon successful payment processing, you will receive an electronic order confirmation both on your screen and via email.
In the event of a refund, the funds will be credited back to the card or bank account used for the original purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any fluctuations between the currency used for the initial payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account at the time of the refund.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
We have invested considerable effort to ensure that the colors and descriptions of our products are as precise as possible. Nevertheless, it’s important to note that the image and color quality may differ slightly from the actual product. Each item comes with a detailed product description, including information about color, size, and other relevant details, along with digital photographs for your reference. Please be aware that all prices are listed in Euro and do not include delivery costs.
4. PRODUCT DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number along with a link to the courier’s website. This tracking service allows you to monitor the status and location of your order at any time.
Please note that upon delivery and your signature, the responsibility for the purchased item(s) transfers to you.
For European deliveries (excluding bank holidays), it typically takes 2-5 working days to receive your order.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery. Please be aware that we cannot modify the delivery address for a redelivery.
Orders are typically delivered between 8 am and 2 pm.
We are not accountable for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures at the destination.
Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS – PLEASE NOTE:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It’s advisable to check with your country’s customs office to determine the potential additional charges before making a purchase.
5. RETURNS POLICY
Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every item you purchase from us. We accept returns within a 3-day period for a full refund. This 3-day period commences from the day following the receipt of your order. Please note that items purchased or picked up in-store are not eligible for a refund.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept return requests beyond this specified period. If you have any inquiries about your product, please contact us at 0032(0)456 10 15 13.
Please allow up to 15 days from the receipt of your return for the refund process to be finalized.
The cost of return delivery is your responsibility. We recommend using a reputable courier service that provides proof of delivery (e.g., DHL, UPS, DPD, registered delivery with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.).
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are considered FINAL SALE. Therefore, we advise you to shop carefully, as returns or exchange requests for SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT!! We will ONLY accept your return if the following conditions are met:
- Each item is unused and shows no signs of wear.
- The original packaging and any accompanying materials are included and in good condition. For shoes and accessories, this includes the original box.
- The original tags and labels are attached and in good condition.
Please be aware that potential losses incurred due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Each party retains the right to cancel a sale in the event of a material breach of these terms and conditions by the other party.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale if there is fraudulent activity associated with your payment or if you, as a customer, breach our policies.
7. APPLICABLE LAWS – JURISDICTION
This agreement between you and GabyLuxxy.com is exclusively governed by the laws of Belgium.
The Courts of Brussels, Belgium, will have exclusive jurisdiction in matters related to this agreement.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
Privacy: Our privacy policy details how we handle your data. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also consent to our privacy policy.
Privacy Policy: GabyLuxxy acknowledges the privacy concerns of our online visitors and complies with strict adherence to this Privacy Policy and the Belgian Privacy Act of 8 December 1992. We process personal data solely for specific and legitimate purposes, such as order processing and completion on this website and for marketing purposes (e.g., name, surname, address, email address, contact details, payment, and credit card information).
