How do ship sold items?
All our items are shipped with a tracking number
Shippping to France,Belgium,Spain, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Germany : We will ship out the items with Bpost, DHL or Mondial Relay
For other international shippping (Europe and Worldwide) : We will ship out the items with Bpost or DHL.
How long does delivery take?
We ask for your patience as we often dispatch items within 3 days and delivery can take up to 8 days. Nevertheless, if you have an urgent request, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.
Is the delivery insured ?
All our deliveries are insured, and if an item is lost before reaching its destination, we will refund the full amount to the buyer.
Returns
How do I return an item?
In-store purchases:Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for items purchased in our physical store locations.
Online order: If you wish to initiate a return for an online order, kindly reach out to our customer service team at info@en.gabyluxxy.com within three days of receiving your item.
We recommend utilizing a recognized postal office or reputable courier service to send the item back to us. Be sure to request a proof of posting certificate from the postal office and retain it for your records. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning unwanted items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
I returned my order, how long will the refund take?
We kindly request your patience during the refund processing, which may take up to 15 days from the date the parcel is shipped back to us. Should you have any inquiries or apprehensions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
Do I have to pay for a return?
At present, we do not offer complimentary return shipping services. The buyer is responsible for covering all expenses related to the return.
